We are excited that you are applying to Fayetteville Creative School. Please carefully read the information and instructions below. The application for the 2012-2013 school year will be available February 11, 2012 beginning at 7:00 a.m. for current and prospective students.
The enrollment application, when complete, should include the following:
Registration form submitted on-line at www.fayettevillecreative.com
$50 NON-REFUNDABLE registration fee and a completed Parent/Provider Agreement must be received within five business days from the date the online registration form is submitted to secure your child's placement
Your child must be:

2 ½ by August 1 of the current year to be placed in the 2 ½ year old class

3 by August 1 of the current year to be placed in the 3 year old class

4 by August 1 of the current year to be placed in the 4 year old class

5 by August 1 of the current year to be placed in the Kindergarten class
Fees per month are as follows:
